kingston valuram

i have a 256 mb dimm of this in my computer, and i want to overclock some since i got the new motherboard, what has anyone gotten this ram up to? i dont want to fry it, dont have enough money to get new stuff yet...

you cannot fry your ram by overclocking it, unless you add voltage the worst thing that would happen is that your system is unstable and crashes, if that happends tune it down a bit, until everything is stable. There is no "one answer" as to how high your ram will go every piece of hardware is different even if they are made by the same company.

Heres a rule of thumb i try to follow
"If you cant afford to replace it, don't overclock it"
