I get this error when I try to boot Windows. I'm almost certain I know how this happend but I cannot fix it. I disabled a couple startup program not knowing that it will cause my system not to boot (Don't remember which). I've tried System Reapair and Restore without any help. I've been searching to see if there a way to enable all the startup program via CMD through System Repair in Advanced Recovery Options but a can't find any commands. I Don't have a backup of my windows. What should I do?

Boot to safe mode and re-enable the startup items via the Configuration Utility (msconfig.exe)--> Startup tab.
