$1250 Budget Rig

So my birthday is in 7 days on the 18th and I have planning on a new computer for around 5 months. Now the time has a come and I have picked out my parts with a budget. Here is the list of items I picked out.

Anything I should change? Also, if there are any suggestions to a change in the list, make sure it won't exceed $1300. Thanks guys

EDIT: To get specific, I will be playing video games, editing & recording HD video, 3D Modeling in 3DS Max, using Photoshop, & using Sony Vegas.

11 cents under the budget, I'm pretty proud of myself. It's an OCed 6950 that unlocks to a 6970, amazing price/performance IMO. Also got $60ish in MIRs.
