1052 isn't necessarily bad. There are quite a few people that would run at that level 24/7.
But when you are trying to find the max for your CPU only, you want to run your other components at or below stock speeds. In this case, 1000.
That and you don't get any benefit (hardly, if any) from running HTT speeds at a higher level. I currently run mine at 900 (300x3).
Keep the ram and HTT below spec and keep pushing this CPU. It looks to me like you have a good clocker.
