I suppose I should start off with specs:
A7N8Xdlx 2.0 bios 1007
2600+ @ 194x12.0, 1.775V
XMS3200 512 (1 stick) @ 11-3-3-2, 2.6V
Radeon 9500PRO flashed to 9700PRO @ 310/290, 1.6V
Audigy2 ZS Platinum
WD 40.0GB 8meg cache

I know the system can do more, but lowering the multi and going higher doesn't yield good results. programs start crashing to the desktop @ 196, even with more voltage. 11-2-2-2 mem timings cause horrible errors like bios checksum errors and bsod's right and left, more voltage seems to do the same. my temps are an incredible 45-46C load, I have an slk-700 with a 5500rpm ys-tech fan and the case has...8 80mm fans plus two on the 450W Codegen psu.
I have every extra turned off in the bios.
I'd really like to hit a stable 200+, but I can't seem to think of anything else to try.

what are the steping's on your chip if you dont know dont pull of the heatsink to find out unless you want to then to if you know it you can look at the CPU database oh OC's homepage and you can see ppls oc with the same steping's

and 2328MHz just might be the tops for that chip

why not drop the multi to 11, raise fsb to 200, and set timings to 7-3-3-2t w/ 2.8v, and set vcore to 1.750, and see if that works

agp freq. to 66 or auto
disable fastwrites
disable "cache"ables, lol

if that works, use it as standard, and try to lower vcore and memory voltage, or go the opposite direction and see how far you can go, lol

Try dropping your multi to 11 and raising your vdimm to 2.8

I can't seem to pull off anything more than 2.6V on this mem. Even relaxing the timings. 2.7 gets me bsods, 2.8 doesn't even get me there. memtest86 runs fine at 2.8, but windoze refuses. I can run 194@ 6-3-3-2 no problems, 196 is problem territory... nothing stable at all. Seems surprising since its 3200. BTW, 6-3-3-2 is the spd default for 3200C2. AGP is at 66, no caches enabled, fastwrites off, agp voltage at 1.6--seems to keep the video oc stable(er).

--Conclusion: memory issue?

Scarry. I bumped the voltage up to 1.85, multi at 12.5, fsb @ 194
=2427

voltage reads between 1.888 and 1.910.... now for temps:
CPU 48-49C load.

... I can't seem to attach the cpu-z image... if you're interested, I could use a tip or two.

well, it wouldn't bench pcmark04 @ 194, so I dropped it to 192. stable.
pcmark scores
