hello, i try to overclock my 5820K but it sadly doesent seem stable over 4.3ghz. my motherboard have 24pin, 8pin and a 4pin but i have not connected the 4pin because i cant find the cable. would this maybe be why or no ?

Highly doubtful... not sure why a board like that would even have the extra 4 pin honestly...

You need to get up around 1.35V for 4.3 most likely.
Are your temps in check?

temps are not outstanding but easy manageable for ibt, around 75 max. 4.3 @ 1.175 works perfect, thats why i get pain in my head when 4.4 not working even with 1.3v

Sounds like you're out of cooling to me... what are you using for load testing?
