754 procesor on AM2 mobo??

Hi bros...i dnt know if its stupid or not....i just wanna know if a AMD Sempron 3000+ Socket 754, will fit on an AM2 mobo...the mobo in question is a GA-M55S-S3...

i already have my AM2 processor running...i just wanna know if it will fit...

Would a 10mm socket fit a 14mm bolt? No. Two different sockets.
