8700K build freezing in Max IBT on stock speeds

Battlefield 1 does also Chrome when I set AVX offset.

I havent seen chrome even reach my offset clock...

Battfied 1 and Chrome use AVX. I set my clock speed to 4.6GHz and they both reduce with offset of 6 to 4.0GHz.

Funny... i do t force clocks to the max... it never gets there regardless of avx offset or not.
