So I just have the 4 pin RGB headers on my Maximus IX Hero and was wondering if I had the Lightning Node Pro would I then be able to use ARGB with this MOBO? Thanks guys.

A cure for no ARGB on motherboard?

Unfortunately only the maximums X and above is compatible with icue https://www.guru3d.com/news-story/corsair-brings-icue-lighting-control-to-asus-motherboards.html
That being said though the Lightning Node Pro (the one that comes with the controller box, not the extension kit) will allow full RGB control, effect, ect using corsair brand RGB strips and the icue software.
