Abit AN7 MB and 3d Prophet 3700 gfx card

I've hooked it up and I get absolutely no output to my monitor LG M2262D. It just goes into power saving mode, is there a jumper or something I'm missing?

Does the fan of gfx card run?
Not sure I could find reference to a Hercules 3D Prophet 3700,
but to a 9700, yes.

For the 9700 card you need add the extra power feed to the card itself.
