Add a Delete Button to the Windows 7 Explorer Toolbar??

I'm new to Win7. I find the lack of buttons such as delete/cut copy as originally found in XP to be HIGHLY annoying!!!!

I've found some "work arrounds" on the web. I was wondering if anyone has tried this, and what their success was like, or problems they encountered (does this addition work all the time or sporadically quits etc)

I ask because it involves going into the registry and making changes!

I only started really using Windows 7 after I made it look like this ↓

The XP windows explorer was 10x better than Windows 7s...

Plus, I miss the search doggy.

And these "Libraries" are annoying... argh.

Thats a pretty cool additon tho guy above me with a name i dont feel like typing out
