hey guys hows it going. i have a custom built rig in need of another fan. i have two exhaust fans one side intake but i have no front intake fan. problem is i have no more open ports on the mother board. so i need to find somewhere to tap power off of. i was thinking maybe some how tap power off the side intake fan. do thy make some kind of adapter that i can use to add one more fan?

Just plug it directly to the power supply with a 3pin to molex adapter.

im not sure if i have anything open on the power supply to do that

You used all your molex plugs?

Could always get a 5.25" fan controller to control all your fans with.

Edit: Or what Conum said

i think the splitter would be the best bet. now i just have to find which one to get. i used the last connector to power up to cold cathode lighting.
