Problem: Redacting documents for public consumption. Private information has been redacted and sanatized. When you print, the redaction boxes are there and printed borders are still on the page. All other text is gone.
Solution: Update printer driver. For us, we got updated versions of old copiers. The old driver mostly works. Only a handful of our employees redact so the issue was not caught early on.
Other solutions: Make sure Acrobat is up to date to it's respected patch level.
I can't post an example but this solution is not anywhere on the internet. Hopefully Google searches will pick this up for anyone looking.
