i may have a solution

you could mount your radiator on top of your case kinda sideways having the air for your radiator separate. heres a link how i did it with two radiators. http://www.angelfire.com/ok5/trickstershideout/pics.html the second or third pic down. hope this will give you an idea or two

cold air in threw bottom of case, hot air out top of case is best way to go, because heat rises dosent it?
