Can anyone suggest a good speed and a client to overclock my CPU? thanks.

Because your motherboard lacks PCI/AGP locks, your HTT will be a little restricted. I wouldn't try going above 250-260, as it could spell danger for your hard drives. Your video card should take the high AGP fine, though. Since you've got a low multiplier, all of your overclocking will probably be done through the HTT alone. You should probably be able to get somewhere in between 2.3-2.4 depending on how well your processor, PCI devices and hard drives take it.

You can use ClockGen to overclock within Windows. This guide may help you out as well. Good luck!
