Because your motherboard lacks PCI/AGP locks, your HTT will be a little restricted. I wouldn't try going above 250-260, as it could spell danger for your hard drives. Your video card should take the high AGP fine, though. Since you've got a low multiplier, all of your overclocking will probably be done through the HTT alone. You should probably be able to get somewhere in between 2.3-2.4 depending on how well your processor, PCI devices and hard drives take it.
