I have a fx6300 on a msi 970 motherboard at 4.3GHz running at 1.4v. I got the voltage from a youtuber who said it was an easy and stable clock since I'm new to overclocking. Underload it sits about 63c with a corsair hyrdo H60. The voltage seems kinda high and runs warmer than other overclocks I've seen. Should i turn the voltage down some?

You have to stress test it and see. If you can lower the voltage at the same clock and remain stable while stress testing the go ahead. You can also try raising the speed one multi and see if it's stable. 63c isn't bad. Not sure if that's package or socket but within limits

Sorry that's the package temp. I'll try turning the volts down a little first. What would an idea temp range to aim for?
