I was wondering if there is a way to change the date that is assigned with files when they are created, and accessed. If you can, how do you, on windows 2000?
If I had to guess, I'de say he's using the "my printer was out of ink" excuse for a final project at school/college, and now the teacher/professor is asking for the file on disk... but that's just a total guess
hehe at school last year when we had typing class what I thought of was makeing the perfect document to turn in and stick a copy on the apps server... then have friends go and open it when they were in class, add their name and turn it in.
I have been kicked off the PC's for a year before at school (for a total BS reason, PM if you wanna know) and don't want to have it happen again so I didn't do it... so insted a friend of mine tried it and he didn't make it work well.. well i'm not going to go into details why it didn't work well but they got busted for modified dates of the file
Some teachers can catch on when they see two or more identical documents. Other teachers just don't care because they don't go over that stuff. I've noticed that most English classes @ college are plagarism fanatics. They blame everyone for copying. On the opposite end of the spectrum are programming instructors. They don't give a rip because there's so much code to turn in with every project, they just check to see how thick the stack of pages are and then just give you a 100%.
Just don't try anything like that in college because they really do crack down when they become wise of it. You will be kicked out without a second thought.
