Are these worthwhile upgrades?

These are some upgrades I plan to make soon. Are these worthwhile (take into consider my current cooling solution), and should I change anything else?

Radeon 9600XT -----> BFG 6800NU OC
Athlon XP 2500+ (locked) -----> Mobile 2600

I'm selling the 9600XT for $130, and I will only upgrade the cpu if I can sell it. What do u think?

well i would say yes, but i would get the 6800GT instead, but changeing to a mobile will be a great way to open up OCing potential!
