A little history.
First I dont normally do this type of build, but I was pressed for time, needing to earn dollars for the habit (aka and not having to listen to wife whine)
But I let Monarch Computers build me a Opteron WS.
First it appears that a ARIMA HDAMC AMD8111 is a Iwill DK8X. Or maybe is reverse, but I did not know that, and now maybe you do to.
Second, those Opteron 250's are running like 58C at boot in bios, something to me, says, heatsinks need remount. Heck none of my Opteron or FX systems hit that with a overclock on air IDLE, I dont think the 250's are odd. Anyone know otherwise.
Got it all installed into a xaserII super tower from thermaltake.
All I left to do is install my raptors and ide raid array and the x800pro and sound blaster and call it a os install day.
Anyone see these temps with Opterons 250's before?
ANyone know if Iwill or Rioworks mb report bogus temps?
Will there be a 7th star wars movie?
