first time post, so im not 100% sure if i have put this in the right place
quite simply, im about to build a system based on the above mentioned m/b, but i am not totally sure what sata controller i should be connecting my SSHD drive to, i have these to choose from
Intel® X79 chipset :
2 x SATA 6Gb/s port(s), white
4 x SATA 3Gb/s port(s), blue
Support Raid 0, 1, 5, 10
Marvell® PCIe 9128 controller :
2 x SATA 6Gb/s port(s), white
ASMedia® ASM1061 controller :
2 x Power eSATA 6Gb/s port(s), green
logic tells me to attach it to the chipset sata3 ports - im assuming same would go for my sata2 bluray burner
