So which board would be best to go with a intel Core i7-4790K DC

I use light overclocking.

Keep in mind i use air cooling, it is only the cpu that has water cooling (H100i)

Current spec is in my sig.

I wouldn't buy either of them, I'd go with an ASRock Extreme6.
You're paying WAY too much for either of those boards for just a light overclock...
