Asus X99-Deluxe - Not viewing all my 16gb

Have you figured out this issue I have the same problem should I try what you guys talked about or just rma it

i have tried diffrent ram the left 4 slots are still dead with another brand

Yep I already started the process is it possible I cussed this when I built my system or is it simply the manufacturers fualt

Was there some mishap that occurred during the build that might make you think it could be your fault?

No only thing I could think of is that when I installed my gpu it wouldn't reach the holes for the case to screw it to the case so I forced it to fit and it caused a little mobo flex so Idk if that's what broke the lanes
