ASUS Z77 Sabertooth-CPU Socket Pin Bent

Hello

Yesterday i bought a brand new Asus Z77 Sabertooth motherboard from a local retailer. At first glance the motherboard looks OK while i was in the retailer.

But later back in my house and with better lighting a closed inspection revealed what i think is a bent pin in the CPU socket. I dont even try to install the processor.

Before returning the motherboard to the retailer, i would like a second opinion from you guys. Has been a long time since my last build.

Looks broken off... is it actually still there but bent down? Definitely should not look like that on an LGA1155
