Each overclock is it's own little experiment and even with everything else exactly the same, clear down to the PSU, no two systems will respond the same. You can use other people's results as a rough guide but should still start low approach the top end in small steps to find the best settings for your machine. ;)
 
What QuietIce said; definitely start lower and aim for lower voltage than I have posted there.

My results of 3.5ghz at 1.5V seem to be on slow side for this processor. Others on the forum have run the Athlon II X4 at 3.6ghz needing significantly less voltage than mine (like 1.45V). There's no point in running 1.5V through your CPU unless it's needed. In my understanding it will just shorten the life of your CPU.
