Generally, a higher fsb/lower multiplier will yield more performance than a higher multiplier/lower fsb at near equivalent processor speeds. Do some benchies to see which settings give you the best results.
If you have a mobo like mine that doesn't like going over 200 you may have to use the higher multipliers in conjunction with sub 200 fsb settings to get the maximum from your cpu.
