got my athlonxp2200tmoem 142fsb and multiplyer at10=1.95ghz
does the bar code nos on the box the chip came in mean anything? if so 5039021

as Captian Newbie said your cpu is locked i would up the fsb to 147 then run prime95 for 2hours then get back to us and ill help u overclock more
