just the regular overclocking procedure. start raising mem clock by like 10, 20MHz at once and run 3dmark or any other intensive 3d application you like, check for any stability issues like artifacts (little light flashes on the textures), distorted colors in stuff like fog, light reflections etc and lockups.
always run the 3d application between each attempt.
once you find out whats the highest mem clock you get start raising the core clock by like 10MHz at once and check for the same stuff in the 3d application. you can do this now along with the overclocked mem or not.
