Board voltage reading issue

Hi all. Wonder if someone can help me out here. I'm using the MSI 970A G46 board and HWMonitor is reading 15V for my +12V and just 3V for my +5V. Can anyone suggest why this may be occurring?

its pretty common for software to read them wrong, best way to check is to use a multimeter.

Usually the software is not that far off but it could be. The other potential problem is that it's an MSI motherboard.
