from what the instructions in my cdrw drive say, i have to have the cdrw drive and another cd drive to burn a pc game. is this true?

Not necessarily: if you have all the required files on a hard drive than you can burn the cd that way, but if you are copying a cd I think you need another drive.

some cds

have special copyright so u cant burn them if ur own cd gets bad u have 2 make a vcd (virtual cd) or crack em its agenst the law but as far as u make a cd 4 ur self i think it doesn't mater am I right ? Virtual cd is one of the best programs to copy cds if ur cdrom is slow or U need 2 back up ur cd.
