Buying a used 2.6c -- advice?

I'm looking at buying a used 2.6c from someone. Claims it'll do 3.2 at 1.625 and 3.5 at not more than 1.7V. $140. Is this a good deal?

What sort of steppings should I be looking for if this isn't a good deal.

I would probably pass. Running 3.2 gig at 1.625v isn't that great. If it takes that much voltage to run 3.2 gig stable, then I doubt 3.5 gig is anything but a max unstable speed at best. Newegg.com has a one day sale for March 30th on their retail 2.4C for $160, jump on that bad boy for only $20 more and get a brand new CPU that do more than a used 2.6C.
