Can i go to the bios motherboard options without inserted ram?

Can i go to the bios motherboard options without inserted ram?
If it can then I can figure out if there is problem of the RAM module.
Because when i am booting pc ,its not loading system , it just automatically going to bios.

No. Machine will not post, even to the bios, without all of the necessary hardware installed.
You need minimum:
CPU
GPU or onboard IGP
1 stick of ram
