Hi All!

My 1st thing: sry for my poor english, I'm Hungarian.

My problem: in manual mode, if I set ANY "CPU core voltage override" value in place of "auto", my system can't boot. Boot is breaking with "36" error code. According the MOBO's user guide: 36= "CPU post-memory initialization".

My RAMs are good(1,65 V) and worked fine, with no issue in s1155 ASRock Extreme3Gen3 MOBO with 2500K, 2600K and 3770K processors.

I have up-to-date BIOS(2103-15/08/2014)and I reflashed, cleared CMOS with jumper, but the problem is still remain.

MOBO: Asus Z87 Expert
CPU : 4770K
RAM : 8 GB Kingston HyperX Blu (1,65 V)

I hope my text is understandable.

Thanks for help.

Welcome to OCF Kuksii
So you have the voltage control set to manual and set the cpu voltage override to 1.25v using the +or - key, should be able to type it in as well then hit enter. This should work, if not then something else has been changed. Try doing this without changing CPU frequencies.

Ha, we all do it Kuksii, no big deal just happy you have it sorted out now.
