SOLVED Can't open .jpg's

Hi guys, my Grandpa called me for this problem, whenever he tries to open any .jpg file he's downloaded from his email it says that the correct software isn't available and it reccoments to search the web for software that allows him to do that. Its a known fact that all Windows computers have a photo viewer and he say's he hasn't deleted anything off of his computer.

Here's the message it gives him when he tries to open a .jpg, .png or any type of picture file.

It would be great to let people know the resolution in case someone else has the same problem..

The image viewer may have been damage/uninstalled or the defaults may have been needed to be set.
