on my asus p3v4x in the bios i am unable to set the mulitplier. it says 4.0 and i can adjust it at all.

Well there is only 1 type of multiplier i know of...outhouse (Apr 29, 2001 03:58 p.m.):

for overclocking AMD is hands down the best for overclocking. You'll get FAR better results on average. However that doesn't make it the best. =)

Nah, would have to disagree. The whole multiplier thing bores me. My 700E@1071 far outperforms any TBirds that I've run at same speeds.
