Which is better? Both are currently at the same price

I have looked at reviews. Both get good ratings but do not explain the difference between the two. One is slightly smaller according to specs. But didn't know if that was a good thing or not.

I went with the 212+ and got great results, but I imagine the EVO is only marginally better.

The heat pipes are smooth on the bottom on the Hyper 212 EVO it makes it easier to spread TIM there is no grooves.

The Hyper 212+ has grooves between the heat pipes so it take more work to get the thermal paste even.
