When I shut down my computer it never shuts off. Screen goes black, hard drive still spins, CPU fan is running and case fans, but system just does not turn off. I tried pulling the CMOS battery, resetting the BIOS, I changed power supplies. Still nothing.. I'm thinking the MOBO is bad..

What are the components of the system? Motherboard, PSU, CPU etc...

Pentium E5200, Gigabyte GA-M41-ES2L, 4gig of DDR2 800Mhz, Corsair CX430

Board is under warranty and is broken.. Sending it back..

Only lasted 2 years. First time any gigabyte board has failed...
