Hi,

I've assembled my new system a week ago with the following:

CPU : Intel Core i7 860 @ 2.9GHz (Turbo Enabled)
COOL: ‏Arctic Cooling‎ ‏Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 CPU Fan
RAM : G.Skill DDR3 4096MB (‏2x2GB) 1600MHz CL 7-8-7-24 Ripjaws F3-12800CL7D
MOBO: ‏‏GIGABYTE‎ ‏P55-UD4P s1156 Core i5/i7, Intel P55, DDR3 2000, 2xPCI-E‎‎
GPU : nVidia 8800 GTS 320MB/320bit (from my old system)
PSU : 600W (from my old system for C2D +12Vx2 (18A each))
CASE: ‏Enermax‎ - ‏PHOENIX NEO ECA-3162 Black with 25cm side fan (from my old system)

I don't know if the Temperatures on load of CPU and Cores are fine for my system.
I'm from Israel and the room temperature is about 26C

From my tests when the system is idle then the temps are:
CPU temp is 25C
Cores temp: Core #1 and #2: 34C, Core #3 and #4: 31C

Is it ok that the CPU temp is lower by almost 10C than Core temps?

On load, tested with any software possible: RealTemp, Everest Ultimate...
What I don't understand is why when it starts with the test the CPU temp is just JUMPS from 25C to 44C and Cores temp JUMPS from 33C to 54C
also the Cooling fan climbs slowly to 2000RPM (even though in their manual it says that the maximum is 2500RPM - PWM)
after that JUMP the max temperature that I had after 30 minutes of test is about 55C (CPU) and 66C (Cores)

Thank you!

You're perfect fine. Keep an eye on core temps, those matters on you CPU thermal behavior (throttle/shutdown).
66C in load for 26C room temp is normal. What Vcore? HT on? Load with prime95 Large FFTs?
