CPU cooling block

I recently acquired a 1920x Threadripper, in my previous build I have a swiftech 220x. I would like some recommendations for a new cooler block for the CPU if I can still use the cooling system

Any name brand will do you well. More style than anything in my opinion. If you want to go high quality then yeah you can research benchmark comparisons but in the end it comes down to which ones have fins that cover how much of the IHS. I'm waiting for the OPTIMUS block to come in that they made for Threadripper 3 and their fins cover more than 100% of the IHS so it should do much better than the average block.
