it was the fan that came with my scythe yasa heatsink. its pretty froze up.

bearing got hot at one point and cause the sticker to bubble up, nice and crunchy when i force it to spin, i dont know what fan it was, model is SY1225SL 12HPVC. its a pwm fan with a reho. on it.

either way i want something better and 2 of them to push pull but i am out of the loop on good fans. i do have a whole stock pile of 120mm fans in my storage unit but i dont know when i'll be able to get to them because we are still waiting on the house to close.

in the unit i have a bunch of these:

and these:

about 180 of them combined how ever mostly the ones on the seccond link and also the ones on the seccond link have a silver stone branding and have about an inch and a half long cord from the bottom corner to the end so they are for other projects.

so basicly do i wait for the golf fan or not and if not then what should i get?

need 120mm, depth does not matter they used type b fan clips (if your familiar with scythe coolers)

also shrouds? yeh or meh?

also currently running 960T 2 cores unlocked only at 3 ghz, running almost passive at the moment temps are ok
