CPU upgrade won't boot M2N-SLI

Hey all, I just wanted to drop in and thank everyone for your help. It ended up being a compatibility issue. My old board just wasn't up to par with the phenom II I guess. I went out and bought a nice MSI 970a-G46 mainboard, 4gb of 1600 ram. So now I'm waiting for the gtx 660 to come out and I'm going to be upgrading my GPU then for GW2! Cheers!
