Crappier pic quality

Since I got my new 4 way KVM (which i love) I have noticed the picture quality is down a little from before. Are my eyes deceiving me or is it?

I know some of them dont carry a very strong signal..

Have you tried using VNC instead of a KVM? It might offer better image quality.
