Personally, I would set it to ignore (in my head) and just use the PC like I have said from the beginning it's not going to cause problems.
 
There was a second question in my last post.
Is this a fresh Windows install or migrated from another system?

It is a Fresh installation of Windows 10 pro x64..

To my surprise, I tweak Registry and solved issue by disabling ULPS. Now Device manager is showing normal with no code 22. There are two instances in registry for (ULPS enable) so I disable the second one
