I use wired on my main PC and test PCs, but wireless on the laptop.

Wired keyboard & wireless BT mouse.

Wireless BT keyboard/mouse combo.
 
Wired for both. Only just now starting to think about wireless mouse.
 
always used a wired keyboard but went to a wireless mouse back when the Logitech G7 came out, went through 2 of those over many years then got a G903 with a powerplay mousepad for xmas years ago and I liked it so much I bought another mouse just for a backup.

It makes sense to me to use Bluetooth with a Laptop.
