Some ladders are requiring, it.
Its not a big, thing a few isolated bug fixes, but things were pretty solid before.
Doom3 MP will get good. But it will get good because of mods like D3TF and CTF mods.

The first patch pretty much just cleaned up the netcode a bit, added a few things to the MP as well (such as map vote)
The Doom III MP experience is what you make of it. If the standard Doom III DM experience displeases you, I'm sure there is at least ONE Doom III MP mod that'll tickle your fancy.
