cpu-z lies about dual/single channel info, it lied to me and another dozen ppl or so on nforcershq.com.....
he's using the a7n8x i believe, not the epox...
put a bios onto a good floppy disk(remember the bios file name), reboot and during post press alt+f2, follow the very simple instructions
