E3200 help needed

Hello,
im new to this forum and i would ask you for your help,
i want to overclock my intel E3200,so i was wondering if you can tell me step by step how to do it and how far to overclock it
specs are:
mobo-asrock g41ms
RAM-2gb ddr2
proc-intel E3200 @2.40GHz
Graph card-ati radeon hd 4350
