ECC Reg Support

Hello!!

I have MSI X79 GD65 8D with xeon 2680 and 16gb udimm non ecc ram. Few days ago i got for free 32gb of ecc reg ram`s (4x8gb 1600mhz samsung), And is possible to do something like modding bios or change some important settings to run them on this mb.
P.S. I tested 3 times and pc wont boot with ecc reg ram.
I would be glad if ecc w feature will work

It supports only non-reg ECC RAM. The same is with most desktop chipsets.

Did you know that is ecc feature in non reg ecc ram is supported?

Since you have a Xeon chip it should work with the ecc features
