When i play games on my PC I raise my fan speed with speedfan to keep my PC from overheating but after a little while gaming, the PC controls itself and the fan goes to a slower speed which leads to my PC overheating and freezing/shutting off.

Is there any way to turn off the automatic fan control of my PC?
 
Few use Speedfan due to it's very old age and no updates. Does your Mobo have CPU fan control in the bios? Or are you meaning the rest of the fans?

There are cost effective fan controllers you can get for a 5.25 slot. Auto ones about $40.
 
I have to CPU but the CPU is not the problem, it is the GPU which goes up to 100C when the problem happens. I want to remove smart control on GPU. I have ati
 
If your GPU is supported by MSI Afterburner you can use that to control the fan on the GPU.
