Any idea of when the new Nvidia GPUs are coming out?

Technically, a few Voltas are in the high dollar server cards, but as for the gamer versions, Nvidia has said there are not releasing it anytime soon. I get the impression it might be second quarter next year. They have no incentive to release a new one right now since the AMD Vega flopped.
