Did you install any "Intel Management" software/driver?

Yes I did. Either the ones from asrocks site or through Windows update

Nothing that's system critical. I've seen it cause issues before, which is why I recommended removing it.

It seems i never installed it.. had 2 reformats in which the first one i installed them.

Could it be the motherboard? It must be something hardware related considering the OS is newly installed.

The gaming card is factory OC'ed.

That's exactly Scott's point. Does the issue persist if you remove these OC's?
